RETURN POLICY

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

  1. INDITATVA hereby informs You that receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify INDITATVA’s acceptance of Your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of INDITATVA's offer to sell. INDITATVA reserves the right at any time after receipt of Your order to accept or decline Your order for any reason. INDITATVA further reserves the right any time after receipt of Your order, after prior notice to You, to supply less than the quantity You ordered of any item. INDITATVA may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
  2. INDITATVA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Product(s) listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. INDITATVA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and You are charged through our payment gateway.
  3. You can cancel order, within 12 hours of placing the order, by informing INDITATVA in writing. Refund will be processed through online channel within 15 working days. Please write us at support@inditatva.com.
  4. Cancellation of an order will be accepted only on reasonable grounds as decided by INDITATVA team.

Cancellation of Order after Dispatch

  1. INDITATVA provides 12 hours return policy, which means that You can drop an e-mail requesting a return of the product(s) with reason, within 12 hours of receiving the product. Plus, the product(s) to be returned must reach INDITATVA address within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of delivery to You. Please write us at support@inditatva.com.
  2. INDITATVA retain the right to examine the returned product(s). Company has a right to reject application of return if the Product(s) is not returnable as mentioned in description of the Product.
  3. Under following cases Exchange will be allowed:
    1. Sizing issues only for unused garments. Please refer to the size guide before making a purchase. Most of the products are made to orders and hand stitched so will have slight variation.
    2. Defective material or bad workmanship.
    3. If a wrong order/product is been shipped.
    4. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication.
  4. Under following cases Exchange or Refund will not be allowed:
    1. If the returned product is used or damaged.
    2. Minor design variations in the handloom products.
    3. Colour difference from what you see on the screen and the colour of the actual product. We take all the effort to display the exact colour and texture of the product on the site, but as the computer screens varies, we cannot guarantee an accurate colour display
    4. Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
    5. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
    6. Package refused by recipient.
  5. In case of a return, possible solutions are:
    1. Replacement of the product with a similar product (only if stocks are available with INDITATVA);
    2. Exchange (only for Apparel and Footwear subject to condition(s) mentioned above); or.
    3. Full refund of your money (View our INDITATVA “Refund Policy” for details).
  6. Stitching Problems:
    1. INDITATVA works with tailoring team closely to provide You the best fitted product(s). You would understand that under normal circumstances with Your private tailor after many trials and alterations only perfect fit is possible.
    2. INDITATVA do recommend You to get the product(s) stitched with your private tailor for the best fit, however we understand in certain international locations stitching is not possible or it is very costly. Hence INDITATVA provide this service at nominal cost.
    3. INDITATVA recommend that when You select standard size You also put the detailed sizing for the order in comments section which is taken from your tailor. Standard sizing may not fit all and in most cases alterations are required.
    4. To the extent reasonably possible, INDITATVA may alter the product(s) for You. You are required to send the Product (at your expense) and we can alter the same to the extent reasonably possible and deliver it back to You.
    5. Please e-mail the details along with alterations needed on support@inditatva.com.
    6. In any case stitched product won't be taken back and money will not be refunded.
  7. In case the returned Product is eligible for a replacement, INDITATVA will send the replacement to the same shipping address of the Customer, subject to the availability of the stock of the Product(s). Please bring it to our attention in case of delivery of a Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  8. In the event if You, on removing the packaging of the Product, finds the Product is damaged and/or defective and/or wrong product is delivered, You are requested to immediately intimate INDITATVA’s about such damage and/or defect and/ or difference and send a picture of the Product(s) to support@inditatva.com.
  9. After intimation to INDITATVA, You should return Product(s) along with its invoice, manuals, booklets, accessories, freebies, packing materials and with all tags still attached or any other thing which were delivered to You along with the Product(s), to INDITATVA at the registered address as mentioned on INDITATVA’s Website.
  10. INDITATVA shall not be held liable for the loss or damage of the Product(s) in transit and Return for wrong Product will be accepted only when the Product(s) is in the saleable condition.
  11. Once we receive the package we will email you the full store credit voucher to purchase any other product from the website. The value of the exchange order from our website cannot be lesser than the original order. However, it can be more. In this case the difference amount has been paid by the You. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
  12. No Warranty for Freebies: Free gifts given with any of the Product(s) purchased from the Website will not be exchanged and/or covered under any kind of warranty.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Refunds are issued by INDITATVA only when:
    1. the order is cancelled by the Customer; or
    2. the Customer returns a product and requests for a refund.

    Returns are not applicable on all Products displayed on INDITATVA. Please refer to our "Return Policy".

  2. Once we receive the returned Product, our team will verify the same. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgement via E-mail to your registered E-mail ID. To check the updated status of your refund you can email us. If Your order is cancelled, then You will get acknowledgement via E-mail to your registered E-mail ID.   3. After acceptance of Cancellation / Return of Product, refund will be processed through online channel within 15 working days. Provided INDITATVA has a right to issue Credit Note / Credit equivalent points to Your profile for the said amount instead of refund.
  4. You will be bound by the return policy of INDITATVA and shall not hold INDITATVA liable for any loss that You may incur due to cancellation of the order.
  5. Subject to what is stated above, refunds on INDITATVA are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:
    1. PAYTM/ PAYPAL

      If PAYTM/PAYPAL account was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of the returned Product. Please get in touch with Your PAYTM/PAYPAL directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by INDITATVA.

    2. Cash on Delivery

      Refund of payments made via Cash on Delivery will be done by online payment gateway. You are required to provide us bank account details after approval for refund via email.

    3. Gift Coupon/ Gift Vouchers

      If You have used a INDITATVA Gift Coupon / Gift Voucher for placing the order, refund would be provided only in the form of a fresh INDITATVA Gift Coupon / Gift Voucher of the same value. The same cannot be redeemed either in cash or cheque. Subject to Terms and Conditions of respective INDITATVA Gift Coupon / Gift Voucher.

  6. Your refund may get declined if the Product(s) that is returned by You and received by INDITATVA is not as per the process and guidelines given above and as mentioned in our "Return Policy".
